ANNUAL SEND SURVEY | September 2023 – August 2024

Plymouth Parent Carer Voice (PPCV) is working hard with the Plymouth Local Area SEND Partnership to make sure that your voice is heard strategically in the shaping of services across SEND 0-25 sector.

We are asking for your input into this years survey which looks into the central services that parents, carers and children/young people use. We are asking for feedback based on your most recent experiences, either as a user of the services a family member or as a professional supporting our families.
